WORKSHOP – Masterclass

Our organisation would like to make our dancing meeting better and better. So for this year (already XIV. Edition of NPDF 2010!!!) we have prepared the dancing workshop – masterclasses for the whole time of our dance festival – competition. The dancing lessons in classical, modern dance, folk dance or special techniques – e.g. Pilates and the inovation for 2010 edition is also the Jazz/hip hop or the Indian dance. All lessons will be held in beautiful historical halls of the Ensemble of The National Theatre Ballet and the halls of the State Dance Conservatory of Prague, not far away from the Prague Castel, Charles Bridge and the Lesser Town, with cooperation of masters of this part of University and the professors of the State Dance Conservatory. Each participant will be able to choose ONLY 3 lessons/styles which he or she would attend during the whole time of the festival. Further chenges are possible only after discussion with the direction of the NPDF 2010.

For our new edition we have also prepared a workshop for pedagogues: it is a seminary of the classical dance (basic classical techniques – Vaganova) and the seminary of the artistic photography of dance.

The experiences from this workshop let both the dancers and the professors to enlarge their knowledge and make their work better. We sincerly hope this opportunity will make all partecipants of NPDF 2010 happy and give them other unforgettable moments of our Dance Event. Each participant will also obtain a certificate which will confirm the participation in the dance workshop 2010.
